Our goal is to keep shipping costs to a minimum, and only passing along a portion of those costs to you when absolutely necessary. We want to keep shipping free on most orders. If changes in shipping rates are ever required, notices will be posted to our social media and our website. Keep in mind that the minimum cost in 2022 to ship is $9.00, and we only charge a $5 flat rate for small orders - we never want shipping to prevent your access to our soaps!

YES! We do accept requests, and your request will be quoted and the timeline starts from order confirmation. We are always looking for new ideas and love to know what you want in our products. Please send them our way!

Custom orders have a minimum quantity of 7 bars, and costs will vary based on what the request entails. Specialized shapes or designs may incur extra costs associated with securing molds.

Colors and fragrances can be repeated, but designs can only be repeated with similar features (not exact replications). If you would like a custom batch of any scent or color created, please contact us. Lead times for custom orders are 2-3 months, which includes ordering materials, creating the batch(es), and allowing the soap to cure (curing is a minimum of 6 weeks).

We offer several shapes in our soap lines - from a standard rectangle to a thick and chunky bar. Approximate dimensions are always listed with our descriptions, but 3" x 2" x 1.5" is a good reference point. Since all of our soap is handmade there are variations between bars while cutting them. The typical bar is between 5 and 6 ounces after its 6-week curing time though it is not impossible for soap to continue to lose a bit more water weight even past that time. The amount printed on the label is determined by weighing each bar in a batch at the 6-week mark. The number printed on the label is based off the smallest bar in the batch and then rounded down, ensuring you'll have at least that amount.

Unfortunately, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate billing and shipping info. Once the order has left the building, we don’t have any control over the shipping.

Products from our shop use fragrance oils and micas or oxides for their colors and can last in storage quite a long time. We recommend using your products within 9 months, as after that the scent and color may begin to fade. Worry not though! Even if the fragrance and color completely go, it's still high-quality soap and will get you clean all the same!

Using a soap rack or soap dish will help prevent your soap from sitting in water and dissolving early or absorbing too much water and becoming too soft. Especially in the shower, try to store your soap out of direct water sources and common splash zones.

Personally, I keep my soaps in a wire rack suction cup attached to the shower wall opposite the shower head and approximately at eye level. Not only does this avoid most of the splashing, but it also keeps the pretty stuff in easy view!
